1. What is Normal Skin?

Normal skin is skin that has a natural balance of moisture and oil, not too oily or too dry. People with this skin type rarely have problems with acne or flaky skin. However, under the influence of the environment such as UV rays, pollution, or an unhealthy lifestyle, the skin can be affected.

Characteristics of normal skin:

  • The T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) may be slightly shiny but not overly oily.

  • Smooth skin, less large pores.

  • Maintains stable moisture, not too dry or oily.

1. Smooth Bright Skin

Thanks to its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, green tea helps brighten the skin, reduce redness, and prevent scarring. For whitening, you can try a green tea mask:

  • Take the tea grounds from 2 used tea bags.
  • Mix with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Apply the mixture on your face and keep it for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

2. Normal Skin Care Routine

Although normal skin is less problematic than oily or dry skin, it still requires a proper care routine to protect it.

Step 1: Cleanse Skin

  • Wash your face twice daily (morning and night) with a mild cleanser that does not contain harsh detergents.

  • If you wear makeup or sunscreen, remove it before washing your face to remove dirt and excess oil.
